As an independent beauty consultant with Mary Kay cosmetics, my job is to teach women how to keep their skin healthy, reduce the signs of ageing and teach makeup application and body care as well.
It is my privilege to have the opportunity to share our extraordinary business with special women all over Melbourne and Australia.
It is my passion to provide women with the opportunity to be the best they can be, through friendship, mentoring and a proven marketing plan that's taught at Harvard University!
As a mother of 3 small children, I know that life can be very busy and challenging, but have learned through Mary Kay that we are all in control of our lives and the direction they take. I have also learned that all women can be extraordinary when given the support and opportunity, and love being able to give that gift to other women.
I started my Mary Kay business in 2008 after the birth of my second child as a way to battle post natal depression and as an added bonus, to get my beloved Mary Kay products cheaper. I soon realised this 'hobby' I started was much more than that- a real business career.
Where else can you find a company that provides flexibility, job security, recognition, choice, self esteem, a 50% commission and be your own boss? Nowhere that I've found.
No sales quotas, no territories and princess rewards including diamond rings, free cars and overseas trips!!! Too good to be true? No, too good not to share? Definitely not!
